All your invoices, payment history, and billing details are available in your Ultra Web Hosting client area. You can view, download, and print invoices at any time.
Quick Steps
View Invoices in 3 Clicks
- ✓ Log into my.ultrawebhosting.com
- ✓ Click Billing in the top navigation
- ✓ Click My Invoices to see all past and current invoices
01. View and Download Invoices
- Log into my.ultrawebhosting.com with your billing account credentials
- Click Billing > My Invoices
- Click any invoice number to view the details
- Click "Download PDF" to save a copy for your records
Invoices show the service description, billing period, amount, payment method, and date paid. Unpaid invoices show a "Pay Now" button.
02. Other Billing Tasks
From the same client area, you can also:
- Update payment method - Billing > Payment Methods
- Change billing cycle - click your hosting service > change billing cycle (monthly, quarterly, annually)
- Update contact info - click your name (top right) > Edit Account Details
- Change client area password - click your name > Change Password

Your client area password is separate from your cPanel password and your email passwords. See our password guide for details on each.
