Billing | Updated 2026
To update your credit card or payment method on file, log into your client area and update it under Payment Methods. This ensures your hosting services renew without interruption.
How to Update
Client area > Billing > Payment Methods
- Log into my.ultrawebhosting.com
- Go to Billing > Payment Methods
- Click "Add New Payment Method" or edit an existing one
- Enter your new card details and save
The updated card will be used for all future automatic payments. If you have an overdue invoice, you can pay it immediately by going to Billing > My Invoices and clicking "Pay Now" on the outstanding invoice.

Payment Issues?
If your card is being declined or you need to use a different payment method, contact our billing team.
Open a Support TicketQuick Recap
- Log into client area > Billing > Payment Methods
- Add or edit your card information
- Pay overdue invoices under Billing > My Invoices
- New card is used for all future automatic payments
- We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal
