Yes, billing at Ultra Web Hosting is automatic. Invoices are generated before your service renewal date and charged to your payment method on file. Here is how the billing cycle works and how to manage your payment settings.
Invoices are generated and charged automatically
Our billing system creates an invoice 14 days before your service is due for renewal. If you have a credit card or PayPal on file, the invoice is charged automatically on the due date. You receive an email notification when the invoice is generated and another when payment is processed.
01. Billing Cycle
Your billing cycle depends on the plan you chose at signup (monthly, quarterly, semi-annually, or annually). The cycle starts on the date your account was activated and renews on the same date each period.
- Invoice generated - 14 days before the due date
- Payment attempted - On the due date, using your saved payment method
- Overdue notice - If payment fails, you receive a reminder
- Service suspension - If the invoice remains unpaid after the grace period, your hosting service is suspended
02. Payment Methods
You can update or change your payment method at any time:
- Log into your client area at my.ultrawebhosting.com
- Go to Billing > Payment Methods
- Add, update, or remove your credit card or PayPal details
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal.
03. Viewing Your Invoices
To view past and upcoming invoices, see How to View Invoices for Your Account.
04. Stopping Automatic Billing
If you want to stop being billed, you need to submit a cancellation request. Simply removing your payment method does not cancel your service. Unpaid invoices may accrue late fees. See How Do I Cancel My Account? for the proper cancellation process.
