Is billing automatic?

Is Billing Automatic?

Yes, if you have a credit card on file, your hosting invoices are charged automatically on the due date. You do not need to log in each billing cycle to make a payment.

How It Works

  1. An invoice is generated approximately 14 days before your renewal date
  2. You receive an email notification with the invoice details
  3. On the due date, the card on file is charged automatically
  4. You receive a payment confirmation email

If Payment Fails

If the automatic charge fails (expired card, insufficient funds, etc.), you will receive a notification. You can update your payment method by logging into your client area and going to Billing > Payment Methods. Your service remains active for a grace period while you update your payment information.

PayPal

If you pay via PayPal, automatic billing depends on whether you set up a PayPal subscription during signup. If not, you will need to log in and pay each invoice manually when it arrives.
