In the Password box, enter your password you assigned to the email address in your hosting control panel, and then tap Save.
Tap either IMAP or POP.
Under Incoming Mail Server, in the Host Name box, enter your incoming server name. This will be your mail server name which is listed in your Account Information email. It will be mail.yourdomainname.com
In the User Name box, enter your full e-mail address (for example, bob@ultraautomotive.com). In the Password box, enter your password.
Under Outgoing Mail Server, in the Host Name box, enter your outgoing server name, this is the same as incoming.
In the User Name box, enter your full e-mail address (for example, bob@ultraautomotive.com). In Password, enter your password.
Tap Save.

Now to map your trash, drafts and sent folders:

After launching your settings up choose mail contacts and calendars. Select the account you wish to sync for sent emails, drafts or trash. Under IMAP select your account. Make sure it is set for IMAP and not POP. This allows multiple devices to access the maill account without one downloading the email off the server for itself. Go to Advanced at the bottom. Under mailbox behaviors select sent mailbox. From you here will want to change sent to the mailbox sent folder down below. This is the same process for drafts and trash.
