How do I change the mx records?

Simply go into your control panel with Ultra, click Zone Editor, then click "Manage".

The MX record will have MX listed in the "Type" column. 

the lower the priority number, the higher the priority. Zero (0) is the highest priority.

By default your MX record points to your domain name.
