How do I access the Control Panel?

How to access cPanel

Accessing Your cPanel Hosting Control Panel

There are several ways to access your cPanel hosting control panel:

Method 1: Direct URL (Recommended)

Open your browser and go to:

https://yourdomain.com:2083

Replace yourdomain.com with your actual domain name. Make sure to use https:// (not http) and port 2083.

Method 2: Through Your Client Area

  1. Log into my.ultrawebhosting.com
  2. Click on Services > My Services
  3. Click on your active hosting plan
  4. Click the Login to cPanel button

Method 3: Server Hostname

If your domain is not yet pointing to our servers, you can use the server hostname provided in your welcome email:

https://servername.ultrawebhosting.com:2083

Login Credentials

Your cPanel username and password were sent in your welcome email when you first signed up. If you have lost these credentials:

  • Your cPanel username can be found in your client area under your service details
  • You can reset your cPanel password from your client area or by contacting support

Troubleshooting

  • If you see a security warning, it may be a self-signed certificate – you can safely proceed
  • If the page does not load, your IP may be blocked – use the Unblock IP tool at my.ultrawebhosting.com
  • Make sure you are using https:// and not http://
