If you cannot log into cPanel, the issue is usually an incorrect password, a firewall block on your IP, or you are using the wrong login URL. Here is how to get back in.
Access cPanel at my.ultrawebhosting.com
Go to my.ultrawebhosting.com and log in with your client area credentials. Click "Services" to find your hosting account, then click the cPanel login button. You can also access cPanel directly at https://yourdomain.com:2083.
01. Correct Login URL
- Client area (recommended): my.ultrawebhosting.com > Services > your hosting > cPanel button
- Direct cPanel:
https://yourdomain.com:2083 - Webmail only:
https://yourdomain.com:2096
02. Password Issues
- Reset from client area - Log into your client area, go to Services > your hosting product, and use the "Change Password" option
- Client area password forgotten? - Use the "Forgot Password?" link on the login page
- cPanel and client area passwords are different - Your client area login is not the same as your cPanel login unless you set them to match
03. Firewall Blocking Your IP
If you entered the wrong password several times, the firewall may have blocked your IP address. Use the Firewall Unblock tool to check and unblock yourself.
04. Account Suspended
If your account is suspended (due to an unpaid invoice or a policy violation), cPanel access is disabled. Check your email for suspension notices, or log into the client area to view your account status. See Why Is My Account Suspended?
