Why Is My Hosting Account Suspended?
If your website shows a suspension notice, your hosting account has been temporarily deactivated. Here are the most common reasons and how to resolve them.
Overdue Invoice
The most common reason for suspension is an unpaid invoice. Log into your client area, check for any overdue invoices under the Billing section, and pay the outstanding balance. Your account will typically be reactivated within minutes of payment.
Resource Limit Exceeded
If your account consistently exceeds its CPU, memory, or I/O limits, it may be temporarily suspended to protect other accounts on the server. Contact support to discuss upgrading to a higher plan or optimizing your site.
Acceptable Use Policy Violation
Accounts found to be sending spam, hosting malware, phishing content, or violating our terms of service may be suspended. You will typically receive an email explaining the specific violation before or at the time of suspension.
Malware Detected
If our security scans detect malware on your account, the infected files may be quarantined or the account temporarily restricted. Our team will notify you and can help clean the infection.
How to Get Reactivated
Open a support ticket or check your email for a message from us explaining the reason. In most cases, resolving the underlying issue (paying the invoice, cleaning malware, fixing the violation) results in quick reactivation. Your website data is preserved during suspension.
