Direct Webmail Access URLs

If you want your users to go directly to webmail without seeing the cPanel-branded login, you can use these direct URLs:

Webmail login page: https://yourdomain.com:2096
Alternative: https://yourdomain.com/webmail

Both URLs take users directly to the webmail login screen where they enter their full email address and password. After logging in, they can choose between Roundcube or Horde as their webmail client.

Linking From Your Website

Many businesses add a "Webmail" link on their website so employees or team members can easily find the login page. Simply link to https://yourdomain.com:2096 from your site.

Skipping the Client Selection Screen

If you want to go directly to a specific webmail application without the selection screen, you can set a default in cPanel. Go to cPanel > Email Accounts > the account > Connect Devices > and look for webmail application settings. You can also bookmark the direct Roundcube or Horde URL after logging in once.
