How do I block emails containing zip attachments

For blocking .zip attachments you will want to use the "Account Level Filtering" area of your control panel. Create a Rule for Body contains .zip
Action can be "Fail with message: This user doesn't accept .zip attachments."

You can use this method for any file extension. For example blocking .rar attachments use the "Account Level Filtering" and create a rule for Body contains .rar
