Yes, you can log directly into a specific webmail application (Roundcube or Horde) without going through the cPanel webmail selection screen. This is useful for bookmarking or sharing with team members who only need email access.
Bypass the selection screen
- Roundcube:
https://yourdomain.com:2096/cpsess##########/3rdparty/roundcube/ - General webmail login:
https://yourdomain.com:2096
The simplest approach is to use https://yourdomain.com:2096, log in, choose your preferred webmail app, and then bookmark that page. Your browser will remember your choice.
01. Set a Default Webmail Application
You can set the default webmail client so it opens automatically after login:
- Log into webmail at
https://yourdomain.com:2096 - On the application selection page, check "Open my inbox when I log in"
- Click your preferred app (Roundcube or Horde)
From now on, logging into webmail will take you straight to your inbox in the chosen app.
