Outlook: Unable to logon to the server using Secure Password Authentication

Outlook Express is setup to use Secure Password Authentication.


Go to 'Tools' -> 'Accounts...' -> 'Mail' -> 'Properties' -> 'Servers'. Uncheck the option for Secure Password Authentification.
