This error occurs when 'Log on using Secure Password Authentication (SPA)' is checked in your Outlook account settings. Our servers do not use SPA. Go to Account Settings > More Settings > Security, and uncheck 'Always use Secure Password Authentication.' Your username should be your full email address.

- Incoming/Outgoing Server -
mail.yourdomain.com - POP3 Port - 995 (SSL) or IMAP Port - 993 (SSL)
- SMTP Port - 465 (SSL)
- Username - your full email address
- Authentication - enabled for outgoing, SPA disabled
