Webmail on Ultra Web Hosting runs on port 2096 (HTTPS) by default. If your network blocks non-standard ports, you can still access webmail through the /webmail shortcut, which routes through the standard HTTPS port 443.
Three ways to access webmail
https://yourdomain.com/webmail- Uses port 443 (standard HTTPS), works on restricted networkshttps://yourdomain.com:2096- Direct webmail port, may be blocked on some networks- Via cPanel - Email > Email Accounts > Check Email (uses cPanel's port 2083)
01. If Port 2096 Is Blocked
Corporate networks, school networks, and some public Wi-Fi block non-standard ports (anything other than 80 and 443). If :2096 does not work, try https://yourdomain.com/webmail instead. This uses the standard HTTPS port 443 and redirects to the webmail login.
If that is also blocked, your network may be restricting access to hosting control panels entirely. Try from a different network (like your phone's mobile data) to confirm.
For all webmail access methods, see Webmail URL Guide.
