Access Denied When Logging Into Webmail
If you are receiving an "Access Denied" or "Login Failed" error when trying to access webmail, the most common cause is using the wrong username format.
Correct Login Format
For webmail, you must use your full email address as the username:
username@yourdomain.com
Common Mistakes
- Using just the username – You must include the full
@yourdomain.comportion - Wrong password – Email passwords are separate from your cPanel password. If you have forgotten your email password, you can reset it through cPanel > Email Accounts
- Account does not exist – Verify the email account has been created in cPanel under the Email Accounts section
- IP blocked by firewall – Too many failed login attempts can trigger a temporary IP block. Visit my.ultrawebhosting.com and use the Unblock IP button to remove the block
How to Access Webmail

- Go to
https://yourdomain.com/webmail - Go to
