Whitelisting Our Support System Email Address

Email | Updated 2026

If you are not receiving emails from Ultra Web Hosting (support ticket replies, invoices, service notifications), your email provider may be filtering them as spam. This guide shows you how to whitelist our email addresses to make sure you receive important account communications.

01. Email Addresses to Whitelist

Ultra Web Hosting sends email from these addresses:

  • support@ultrawebhosting.com - ticket replies and technical notifications
  • billing@ultrawebhosting.com - invoices, payment confirmations, renewal notices
  • no-reply@ultrawebhosting.com - automated system notifications

The easiest way to whitelist across any email provider is to add these addresses to your contacts. Most spam filters trust messages from known contacts.

02. Gmail

  1. Check your Spam folder for any Ultra Web Hosting emails
  2. If found, open the message and click "Report not spam" or "Not spam"
  3. Open the message and hover over the sender name. Click "Add to contacts" (the person icon with a +)
  4. Optional: Create a filter: Settings > Filters > Create new filter > From: ultrawebhosting.com > Never send to Spam

03. Outlook.com / Hotmail

  1. Check your Junk Email folder
  2. If found, right-click the message and select "Not junk"
  3. Go to Settings > Mail > Junk email
  4. Under "Safe senders and domains", click Add and enter ultrawebhosting.com
  5. Click Save

04. Yahoo Mail

  1. Check your Spam folder
  2. If found, select the message and click "Not Spam"
  3. Add the sender to contacts by clicking the sender name and selecting "Add to contacts"
  4. Optional: Create a filter in Settings > Filters to route ultrawebhosting.com emails to Inbox

05. Apple Mail / iCloud

  1. Check your Junk folder
  2. If found, select the message and click "Not Junk"
  3. Add the sender to contacts in the Contacts app
  4. In Mail preferences > Junk Mail, verify that "Filter junk mail" trust settings include "Sender is in my Contacts"

06. Desktop Email Clients

If you use Outlook desktop, Thunderbird, or another desktop client:

  • Check your Junk/Spam folder for misrouted messages
  • Right-click any misfiltered message and choose "Not Junk" or "Never Block Sender"
  • Add the addresses to your contacts/address book
Still Not Receiving Email?

If whitelisting does not help, check that your email account is not full (over quota). You can also verify ticket replies are being sent by logging into your client area and checking the ticket directly.

Missing Important Notifications?

If you are not receiving billing or support emails after whitelisting, let us know and we can verify delivery from our end.
