How to Create a Support Ticket

General | Updated March 2026

The fastest way to get help with your hosting account is by opening a support ticket through your client area. Our team is available 24/7 and you'll receive email notifications when we reply.

01. Step by Step

  1. Log into your client area at my.ultrawebhosting.com
  2. Click Support in the top menu
  3. Click Open New Ticket
  4. Select the department that best fits your issue (Technical Support, Billing, Sales)
  5. Enter a clear subject line describing your issue
  6. Describe the problem in detail in the message body
  7. Attach any relevant screenshots or files
  8. Click Submit

02. Tips for Faster Resolution

  • Include the domain name or specific URL where you see the issue
  • Paste the exact error message if you have one
  • Mention what you already tried so we don't duplicate effort
  • Attach a screenshot showing the problem - a picture is worth a thousand words
  • One issue per ticket helps us track and resolve each problem efficiently

You'll receive an email confirmation when your ticket is submitted and again each time our team replies. You can also check ticket status at any time from the Support section in your client area.
