Accessing Your Email from Any Browser
Yes! You can check your email from anywhere in the world using webmail. All you need is a web browser and an internet connection. No software installation is required.
How to Access Webmail
Go to any of these URLs in your browser, replacing "yourdomain.com" with your actual domain name:
https://yourdomain.com/webmailhttps://yourdomain.com:2096
Log in with your full email address (for example, you@yourdomain.com) and your email password.
Available Webmail Applications
After logging in, you can choose from the following webmail applications:
- Roundcube - A modern, full-featured webmail client with a clean interface. This is the recommended option for most users.
- Horde - An alternative webmail client with additional groupware features like calendars, tasks, and notes.
Tip: Use IMAP for Multi-Device Access
If you check email from both a desktop client (like Outlook) and webmail, make sure your desktop client is configured to use IMAP rather than POP3. IMAP keeps your email synchronized across all devices, so a message you read on your phone will also show as read in webmail and vice versa. POP3 downloads messages to one device and may remove them from the server, which means you would not see them in webmail.
