I tried to ssh to my new account and it said it was disabled.

Please contact support if you would like ssh access.

As mentioned in the hosting account information, SSH is disabled by default for security reasons.

It is available by request and approval form. Simply submit a helpdesk ticket and we will send you the necessary information.
