Account's error_log produces flood of missing modules

 Account's error_log produces flood of missing modules. Ex:

 

From error_log:

    [23-Apr-2018 02:38:40 UTC] PHP Warning: PHP Startup: Unable to load dynamic library './mcrypt.so' - ./mcrypt.so: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory in Unknown on line 0
    [23-Apr-2018 02:38:40 UTC] PHP Warning: PHP Startup: Unable to load dynamic library './pdo_sqlite.so' - ./pdo_sqlite.so: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory in Unknown on line 0
    [23-Apr-2018 02:38:40 UTC] PHP Warning: PHP Startup: Unable to load dynamic library './suhosin.so' - ./suhosin.so: cannot open shared 

 

    This can occur when the account has a bad php.ini file. Remove or rename.
