Can I create a website in Apple iWeb and publish it to your service?

This Software Has Been Discontinued

Apple iWeb was discontinued in 2011 when Apple removed it from the iLife suite. iWeb is no longer available for download, does not receive updates, and the MobileMe publishing service it relied on was shut down in 2012.

If you previously built your site in iWeb and still have the exported HTML files, you can upload them to your hosting account via FTP and they will work as a static website.
