Strict Standards Error in Joomla

You are running an out-dated install of Joomla and we highly recommend updating it to avoid your account being compromised by hackers. The following is a temporary fix:

Open the .htaccess file or create it in the directory of the script and add the following:

php_flag display_startup_errors off
php_flag display_errors off
php_flag html_errors off
php_value docref_root 0
php_value docref_ext 0


This may be used for deprecated messages in Joomla including strict standards, non-static, jquery, methods called statically and others.
