I want to run my own log analysis tool - Where are my logs?

First log into your Control Panel with Ultra Web Hosting. These login credentials are in your welcome email after ordering.

Once logged in, click on "Raw Access" icon under "Metrics". Click on the corresponding domain name that you wish to obtain the logs for.

You can download and view your logs directly from there. You can also use the log ftp account listed in the ftp section to access log files directly.
