Adobe Flash was discontinued in December 2020. All major browsers have removed Flash support entirely. Flash Chat and all other Flash-based applications can no longer run on the web.

If you are looking for live chat on your website, modern alternatives include Tawk.to (free), LiveChat, and Zendesk Chat, all of which run on standard HTML and JavaScript with no plugins required.
