We are pleased to announce two billing improvements. You can now pay your hosting invoices by ACH bank transfer, directly from your checking or savings account, with no credit card required. We have also made paying by credit card smoother and more helpful.
ACH uses the same trusted bank-to-bank network as direct deposit and online bill pay. It is a convenient option for larger invoices and for customers who prefer to pay straight from a bank account.
Why pay by ACH?

- No expiring cards - avoid failed payments when a card expires or is reissued.
- Bank-grade security - processed through our Intuit QuickBooks Payments integration; your details are tokenized, never stored in plain text.
- Great for reseller, VPS, and dedicated plans - a simple option for higher-value invoices.
How to get started
- Log in to your account.
- Open your payment methods area.
- Add a bank account (ACH / e-check) and enter your routing and account numbers.
- Save it, or use it to pay an open invoice right away.
A friendlier credit card experience
- Clear, helpful messages - if a card payment does not go through, you get a plain-English reason and what to do next.
- Expiry reminders - we email you before a saved card expires, so you can update it and avoid a missed renewal.
- Secure by design - cards are tokenized through our Intuit QuickBooks Payments integration, never stored in plain text.
