Enabling HTTPS With Your Weebly Website

To enable and force HTTPS on your Weebly website:

  1. Log into your Weebly editor
  2. Go to Settings
  3. Find the SSL section
  4. Enable SSL
  5. Publish your site

Once enabled, all visitors will be redirected from http:// to https:// automatically. Your hosting account includes a free SSL certificate through Let's Encrypt, so there is no additional cost.

If the SSL option does not appear in your Weebly settings, make sure your domain has a valid SSL certificate installed. Check cPanel > SSL/TLS Status to verify. If the certificate is missing, contact support and we will get it issued.
